Even though I am no longer vegan, I see fruits and veggies as an important part of nourishment and a vital part of my day, and because I have been on such a radical and transformative healing journey with food, I use my relationship with nourishment as a foundational piece to my health and wellness journey.

I believe we operate most in alignment when eating natural, unprocessed foods and that making our meals can be a powerful practice of connecting with ourselves. Food is medicine when we listen to the wisdom of our body. You'll find some of my old favourite recipes here. These were created at a time in my life when I was vegan, and so these recipes are plant-based and gluten-free. They are easily adaptable to suit your preferred way of eating; adding meat, fish, or eggs would be an easy addition.
