Hi, I’m Leila!
Welcome!
I’m a certified Trauma-Informed Coach, Embodied Processing Practitioner, and Bi-Aura Therapist with experience supporting people in many ways. I love guiding others on their journey in emotional mastery using somatic techniques to guide them to more freedom in life. From Bio-Energy Healing to EFT, teaching courses on embodiment, running workshops and co-facilitating retreats, I have a deep interest and commitment to spiritual development and holistic healing (you can view my credentials here). I also create recipes and love working with food as a tool for a deeper understanding of my body and its needs, and I cater retreats and dinner clubs with friends.
My varied work history has also led me into business consulting and brand development, drawing on my two decades’ worth of sales experience. I've become a specialist in sales live-streaming on TikTok Shop and created a training program, teaching brands and presenters the ins and outs of this world. My work has ALWAYS been multifaceted! I have been on a journey of reclaiming lost parts and deep inner work for the past nine years, and what a ride it’s been! I have learned so much about myself and the world around me during this time, and spent most of this cycle rebuilding foundations, letting go, rewiring my thoughts and beliefs and learning to feel safe in my body. I’ve experienced a lot of support during this time, including counselling, art therapy, the 10-day Vipassana Course, countless sessions from Kinesiologists and bodyworkers, spiritual healers, plant medicines and more, and the journey continues. Bit by bit, I have learned to escape the mental prison I’ve held myself hostage in, and take great pleasure in sharing what I’ve learned with others. I am devoted to the path of emotional sovereignty and living joy, and feel a great pleasure in being in service in this way.
