  • One of my gifts is holding space for others and pattern recognition. If you have a struggle or challenge or a pattern you can’t seem to break, I can help you see your blind spots and work with you from a body-based and nervous system perspective to help clear those patterns, close stuck nervous system responses and come back to regulation, to feel more ease in moving forward, without all the emotional baggage from the past. If you want to stop looping with coping mechanisms, these sessions are a great place to start.

    Sessions are held online and tailored to each individual, encompassing various techniques such as Embodied Processing to support emotional mastery, freedom and feeling safe in the body. It may include talking, conscious breathing, somatic processing, guided inner journeys, inner child healing, conscious movement, body awareness, emotional freedom technique, and reprogramming outdated mindsets and beliefs.

    These sessions are a space for you to gain clarity on anything weighing on you, whether it’s work, relationships, or life in general. Together, we’ll go beneath the surface of confusion, uncover what’s really going on, and use embodiment practices and/or your Human Design to help you realign. If you’re feeling stuck, these sessions can help you reconnect to your own wisdom, feel clearer, and take your next steps with confidence.
