In addition to my formal training, for the past eight years, I’ve immersed myself in non-accredited courses and self-study across areas such as meditation, breathwork, yoga, embodiment, nervous system regulation, Human Design, somatic practices, TCM, shamanic practices, work with the plant kingdom, as well as ongoing spiritual development. Guided by curiosity and lived experience, this ongoing exploration continues to deepen and shape the holistic, embodied approach I bring to my work.
